Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Squats
Side Grip Pull Ups
Standing Calf Raises
Wide Grip Push Ups
Sit Ups
Superman Stretches
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
Side Lateral Raises
Front Lateral Raises
Shoulder Presses
Rear Deltoid Raises
I also walk for half an hour every day.
