My Gym-Free Exercise Routine

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays

  • Squats
  • Side Grip Pull Ups
  • Standing Calf Raises
  • Wide Grip Push Ups
  • Sit Ups
  • Superman Stretches

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

  • Side Lateral Raises
  • Front Lateral Raises
  • Shoulder Presses
  • Rear Deltoid Raises
I also walk for half an hour every day.
